The front has 2 zipper pockets. Each end has a divided mesh pocket. The back has a full length zipper pocket. One ends opens down to have a separate section for your shoes or dirty/wet clothes. 
Inside has a full length mesh pocket, a slip pocket and a zipper pocket. You literally have a place for eveything.
The crossbody strap is removable, for those who don't use them all the time.
